On-site visual survey by Landscape Architect (LA) to confirm information as portrayed in homeowner provided Plat Survey. LA will confirm accuracy how the house is situated on the property as indicated on homeowner provided Plat Survey. Inventory of all influencing site conditions, location and inventory of existing plants and trees.
Preliminary Conceptual Landscape Design
LA will prepare the initial concept plan for your landscape based on all data compiled in the first two phases, illustrating all existing and proposed site features, typically including but not limited to the following:

Final Landscape Design Plans
Final plans culminate the design process with a landscape architectural construction drawing detailing all improvements proposed for the landscape. Final Design Plan identify all proposed Outdoor Use Areas; proposed tree types, size and locations; proposed plant beds including shrub and ground cover quantities, types, size and locations; and any other proposed design elements to be included in the final design plan.
